Return Policy

At Tower Laboratories Corporation, we strive to make our service to you the top priority. Therefore, any item purchased from Tower Laboratories Corporation and shipped to a United States address may be returned within 60 days of receipt for any reason.  NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED FOR RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.  ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. 

The following applies to all returns:

- Item must be in the same condition as delivered except that one jar may have been opened or partially used and we will still refund for that jar. 

- Item must be in its original packaging.

- Simply return the item to the address on the product jar.  No Return Merchandise Authorization is necessary or required. 

- In the event the return is due to our error, we will reimburse for return shipping. In any other case customer is responsible for shipping costs.

- We recommend that the customer insure his or her return shipment, as we cannot reimburse for product that does not make it back to Tower Laboratories Corporation.
